At J&S Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Timeframe: Return items within 24hour from delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items, like accessories, may be excluded—check product descriptions.
- Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Email info@jandsfashion.com with your order number and return request.
- Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds/Exchanges: Once we receive the item, we’ll process your return or exchange within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged/Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement. We’ll cover return shipping for errors on our part.
Sale Items:
- Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
International Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the original purchase currency.
Please Note: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we kindly ask that you provide clear evidence, such as images or videos, showcasing the issue within 24 hours of delivery. This step is mandatory for us to address your concern effectively. Upon receiving your proof, our team will promptly investigate the matter and ensure an appropriate resolution is provided.
